Texas Cook’Em: High Steaks in Edinburg Looking for BBQ Judges

Edinburg – The Edinburg Chamber of Commerce proudly presents the 13th Annual Texas Cook’Em: High Steaks in Edinburg. The Texas Cook’Em Committee is currently accepting BBQ judges for this delicious event. The cook off will include live music, entertainment, Gator Country, fireworks, a children’s fun area and of course BARBEQUE! If you are 18 years of age and would be interested in judging world class championship BBQ this will be your lucky day. You will have an opportunity to taste moist chicken, finger licking ribs, juicy steak and Texas smoked brisket! Invite your family and friends for a fun day at the park and celebrate our nations birthday. Admission and Parking is absolutely FREE!

Interested in competing? Cooking entries are $250 for all 4 entries that includes Rib-Eye Steak, ½ chicken, pork spare ribs and brisket.
