Mayor’s Prayer Breakfast Brings Community Together in Faith and Fellowship

Mayor Omar Ochoa and the Edinburg Chamber of Commerce were honored to host this year’s Mayor’s Prayer Breakfast in observance of National Prayer Day, bringing together community leaders, business professionals, clergy members, educators, and residents for a meaningful morning of reflection, inspiration, and fellowship.

The event served as a powerful reminder of the strength that comes from faith, unity, and community. Throughout the morning, religious leaders from across Edinburg shared uplifting messages centered on hope, peace, healing, prosperity, and the importance of working together for the betterment of our city.

The Edinburg Chamber of Commerce extends its sincere gratitude to all of the guests, speakers, performers, faith leaders, and attendees who participated and helped make the event such a memorable occasion.

Special thanks are extended to Mayor Omar Ochoa, Joel Villanueva, the Edinburg Police & Fire Department Honor Guard, Corporal Omar Govea, Maria D’Luz and Edgar Soto, Maple Music Chords, Pastor Rudy Beltran, and the many faith leaders who contributed their time, talents, and inspiring words throughout the program.

The Chamber would also like to recognize and thank Ricardo’s Edinburg for providing an outstanding breakfast for attendees. Their generous support helped create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that enhanced the experience for everyone in attendance.
