Edinburg Chamber Opens Applications for Leadership Edinburg Class XXXV
The Leadership Edinburg (L.E.) steering committee is delighted to announce the launch of the application window for the Leadership Edinburg Class XXXV. Aspiring community leaders are encouraged to submit their applications by August 18, 2023.
For years, L.E. has been a pivotal platform, connecting community leaders from across the city and region, empowering them with advanced leadership skills. The program’s commitment to excellence has consistently contributed to the growth and improvement of highly motivated professionals.
“We are proud to offer a highly effective program that provides a perfect avenue for individuals seeking both professional growth and a deeper understanding of their community,” stated Ronnie Larralde, Executive Director of the Edinburg Chamber.
L.E. Class XXXV participants will undergo eight monthly, half-day sessions scheduled from September 2023 to May 2024. These sessions will offer distinct learning environments, skillfully designed to enhance leadership capabilities. Each month will be centered around a specific community focus, covering diverse topics such as history, education, healthcare, economic development, government, quality of life, and community service.
Class participants will collectively set a goal to develop and complete a project that will give back to the community. Through this foundation, L.E. fosters the spirit of service and community involvement among its participants.
Having already witnessed the graduation of over 500 successful participants, L.E. continues to make a lasting impact on the city’s future. We welcome all passionate individuals interested in joining Class XXXV to take this opportunity and contribute to a brighter future for Edinburg.
