Established in 1988, our program has helped shape and connect servant leaders to become catalysts for positive change in Edinburg, TX. It’s an immersive community experience that explores issues and opportunities.

A transformational program that includes orientation, retreats, and monthly sessions.
Bi-annual Texas Legislative visit
Time Commitment
The 9-month program includes an overnight retreat in September. Subsequent months include 9 monthly classes. The sessions will be held every 3rd Wednesday of the month at 11:30 AM - 5:30 PM : team community project; and two required local government meetings.
Tuition Cost
Tuition for Leadership Edinburg is $800 for Edinburg Chamber Members and $1000 for non-members. Applicants should make arrangements in advance to meet the tuition deadline.
Application Process
Applicants must demonstrate strong leadership potential and a commitment to enhancing the Edinburg community. Applicants must either live or work in Edinburg to be eligible.
